Job Description
The Superintendent Type II (Metrology/Calibration) role is responsible for providing metrology measurement, technical, logistical and strategic support to the Calibration Squadron Commander in the management of the Calibration Laboratory. The role requires a higher national certificate level or equivalent in electrical or electronic engineering, telecommunications, or other appropriate qualifications. The role also requires five years of practical experience in the calibration and repair of test measurement diagnostic equipment (TMDE) and RSAF specific TMDE used in the support of military aircraft systems, plus two years of team leader skills at supervisory level.
Requirements
- Higher National Certificate level or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or other appropriate qualifications
- Five years of practical experience in the calibration and repair of TMDE and RSAF specific TMDE
- Two years of team leader skills at supervisory level
