Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager responsible for management and direction of all Supply Chain teams within the Capability including Physical Logistics and Demand/Order Book activities.

Requirements

• Substantial experience as an operational manager within a Maintenance & Support environment, including significant direct experience of supporting various platforms.
• Minimum Degree/HND in a relevant discipline, or related field.
• Experienced and competent leader at this level with broad supply chain knowledge and a full understanding of the applicable Regulatory Framework.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and project management skills/experience with Lean management principles.
• Effective, highly credible communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data.
• Comprehensive understanding of current IT software packages used within the Demand Management discipline.
• Good understanding of Project Management techniques.
• Understanding of the Financial, Commercial and Procurement processes within BAE Systems and the operating Customer.
