User Experience (UX) Designers form a core part of our Digital Experience community. They are passionate advocates for end users, grounded in best practices and user-centred methodologies. With strong foundations in UX and UI design, research, data, and design thinking, UX Designers craft engaging, accessible, and useful digital products and services across a wide range of audiences and platforms.
Requirements
- Implement user research and usability testing
- Undertake tasks such as persona development, needs analysis, site mapping, wireframing and prototyping
- Communicate research findings, design rationale, and user needs clearly to teams and stakeholders
