UX Designer I

Role Overview

As a UX Designer I, you will play a supporting role in a collaborative, research-driven team, working on small to medium-sized projects. You will be responsible for designing intuitive digital experiences, solving real user problems, and growing your skills in UX, accessibility, and emerging technologies like AI.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include iterating on defined user experience concepts, working with UX Researcher to understand user needs, and implementing basic UCD solutions/processes. You will also work closely with visual designers and web developers to ensure the UX is implemented as designed.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in UX design
• Good knowledge of the tech stack of the product or organisation
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Figma
• Ability to communicate designs to developers
• Understanding of designing for different platforms
