Job Description
As a UX Designer II, you will shape intuitive, high-quality user experiences within LeapSpace, a AI-assisted research workspace. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver meaningful solutions. The design team is a close, collaborative group where open and respectful communication is key.
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX and interaction design
- Strong visual/UI design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking the right questions
- Open to feedback and focused on team outcomes
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
