UX Designer II

We are seeking a UX Designer II to join our LeapSpace team, where you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, high-quality user experiences within our AI-assisted research workspace. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver meaningful solutions and collaborate with other designers to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across the product.

Requirements

• Solid experience in UX and interaction design
• Strong visual/UI design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and asking the right questions
• Open to feedback and focused on team outcomes
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
