Finishing Operations Manager

Baesman Group is seeking a results-driven, people-oriented Finishing Operations Manager to lead our Bindery and Mailing (Lettershop) departments. The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in a print or manufacturing environment, strong communication and coaching skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of bindery and mailing operators and leads.
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Drive performance through data and track KPIs to meet department and company goals.
• Oversee daily operations in bindery and mailing to ensure jobs are completed on time, within quality standards, and at optimal cost.
• Lead with courage and set clear expectations, follow through consistently, and create a workplace where feedback is timely, honest, and focused on growth.
