Assistant Manager

Caribou Coffee is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a growth mindset, and a desire to develop into a future leader. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the General Manager to run the store and make an impact on the team and community.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
