Shift Leader

Join our team and create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD! As a Shift Leader at Caribou Coffee, you'll lead shifts, engage team members, and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and being able to stand for 4 to 8 hours
