Job Description
Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to lead the team, motivate employees, and deliver a great guest experience. The Shift Leader will collaborate with the General Manager, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure quality of food and a safe environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations)
