Job Description
Join our team at Caribou Coffee where we create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD! As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the store, ensuring team engagement and guest satisfaction, and taking ownership of the store's look and feel.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
