Job Description
At Caribou Coffee, we create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD! The Shift Leader is responsible for leading shifts and ensuring the team has a clear understanding of goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, and guest connections. This is a leadership role that requires demonstrating mastery of Team Member responsibilities, thinking strategically about sales and waste management, and taking ownership of the store's look and feel.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends
- Must be at least 18 years of age
