We are looking for a Team Member to create day-making experiences for our guests at Caribou Coffee. The ideal candidate is a team player who provides excellent guest service, makes hand-crafted beverages, and brings our purpose and values to life in every interaction.

Requirements

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing personal ongoing relationships with guests
• Makes enthusiastic and knowledgeable recommendations to delight guests
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou standard operating procedures
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store by following cleanliness, sanitization and organization standards
• Differentiates between problems that can be solved directly and when to ask for leader support
