Requirements

• 5 + years of hands-on trading experience
• Proven track record in executing trades across diverse markets and asset classes
• Deep understanding of trading processes, market characteristics, and corporate actions
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable market insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with portfolio managers and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in portfolio accounting systems and trading platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving settlement issues and optimizing trade execution
• Proven ability to lead small teams and complete ad hoc projects related to automation efficiency, and identifying and adopting industry best practices
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms
