Finance Associate - GP

Bain Capital is seeking a Finance Associate to assist with treasury, accounting, tax, and fair market value reporting functions for General Partner entities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years accounting experience in the financial service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Public accounting, partnership and/or financial services experience a plus
• Reliable and collaborative team member with strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem solving ability and sound judgment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with capacity to interact with all levels
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Works well independently and capitalizes on opportunities to learn and grow
• Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel

Benefits

• Expected Annual Base Salary $80,000 – 85,000
