Job Description
The Payroll Associate will process payrolls, reconcile payroll accounts, and assist the Finance and Human Resources teams with ad hoc projects. The individual will join Bain Capital in Boston and be responsible for entering and processing payrolls for over 1,000 US employees.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of payroll experience
- Experience with ADP, preferably WorkForce Now
- Experience with Workday
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting
