PM Associate, Private Credit

Bain Capital Credit is seeking an Associate to support the Private Credit Group in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. The role involves analyzing current portfolio positioning, evaluating and structuring funds, and contributing to strategic growth planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong academic credentials
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit market, including leveraged lending, private credit or structured credit
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong financial statement analysis and modeling abilities
• High agility and ability to multi-task
• Experience with middle market direct lending, CLO or other structured/financing products (plus)
