We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to build relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters, leveraging a sophisticated tech stack to qualify leads, nurture long-term prospects, and transition ready-to-act clients to field agents and mortgage partners.

Requirements

• Active Illinois Real Estate Broker License
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in G Suite
• Familiarity with Cloze, Dialpad, Zenlist, and BombBomb
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Discretion with sensitive client information
