
Job description
The Export Supervisor leads the Export Customer Service Team and owns the end-to-end administrative execution of every export order. This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires direct communication with international customers, managing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Direct communication with international customers, issue proformas, manage prepay confirmations, and coordinate order release. Own all export documentation, ensure product is properly labeled for each destination, and stay current on export regulations.
This role requires critical thinking and higher-level decision-making. The right candidate is a self-starter who anticipates issues before they occur and develops solutions quickly, operating with minimal supervision.
