Supervisor, Import Export

Integer is seeking a Supervisor, Import Export to lead the Import/Export Team and contribute to the development of the annual goals and objectives for Supply Chain. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs Compliance, Business Administration, or related field, and 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a highly regulated industry such as medical industry.

Requirements

• Adhere to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements
• Serve as a key leader of the Import/Export Team
• Lead the import/export team; promote talent by developing individual growth and development plans and organizational succession plans
• Provide support for internal and external audits
• Oversee and maintain control of processes, reports, and information within the company's import/export inventory control system
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic development of Import/Export operations
• Establish, monitor, and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance objectives
• Lead the development of innovative solutions to complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges within the team
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Participate in cross-functional and strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and reducing customs-related costs
