Job Description
The Vice President of Operations is accountable to the TGM for the day-to-day operations and financial well-being of their territory, responsible for developing a Strategic Business Plan and driving its execution, and leading a team to achieve profitable growth and foster long-term positive client relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- Twenty years’ related experience with ten years’ being in a senior level construction management role or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of construction software such as Primavera, Timberline, Vista, and the like
