Project Engineer Academy

This is an on-site role based in Escondido, CA. The Project Engineer I – Training role offers an entry-level, hands-on opportunity for candidates to build a career in construction project management.

Requirements

• Support project teams with coordination, documentation, and data entry
• Assist with job setup, file organization, and project tracking systems
• Help prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Assist with project scheduling, permitting, and compliance tasks
• Learn to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Support the RFI and submittal process
• Assist with change orders and project closeout activities
• Provide timely updates and respond to project-related requests
