Requirements
- Hands-on experience in integrated energy solutions, power generation systems, geothermal (ORC/STG), heat pumps, combined heat and power, or long-duration energy storage.
- Strong technical background in process design, turbomachinery (GTs, STGs, compressors, turboexpanders), electrical distribution equipment, heat-exchanger selection, and system integration.
- Working knowledge of utilities, IPPs, and electricity markets, with exposure to product proposal management and/or project development, including projects serving high-load customers such as data centers.
- Ability to assess project economics (CAPEX, OPEX, LCOE/LCOH/LCOS) and support commercial decision-making.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to originating demand and building customer relationships.
- Confidence working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders, and be comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to travel internationally.
- Ability to act as a self-starter and leader, capable of managing complexity, prioritizing effectively, and driving results.
