Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma with proven experience in manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English and Italian
