Manufacturing Professional - Materials Planning and Execution

Manufacturing Professional - Materials Planning and Execution will be responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to translate demand signals into efficient supply plans, optimizing inventory and delivery performance, and ensuring the right materials are available at the right time to meet customer demand.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience (minimum 2+ years)
• Experience in material planning and scheduling, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, inventory optimization and management
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and MRP systems and functionalities
• Ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking capabilities, combined with effective execution skills and a high sense of urgency
• Experience in leading, managing, and developing teams
• APICS certification (preferred)
• Proven people leadership experience—whether through direct reporting, matrix structures, or influence—with demonstrated “Leader of Choice” behaviors, including driving culture, inspiring teams, delivering results, and maintaining a growth mindset
