Sales Account Manager - Well Construction

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager - Well Construction to generate new sales opportunities across diverse upstream oil and gas rental market segments, create and implement sales plans to achieve company financial and business objectives, and manage customer relationships to maintain and secure long-term business.

Requirements

• Hold a 4-year degree from an accredited university (BS in Business or Engineering preferred)
• Have 5+ years of demonstrated sales and sales engineering experience with relevant products in oil and gas exploration and drilling
• Have experience with application sales of rental services and sales to upstream oil and gas industries
• Be able to demonstrate success in selling tools, services, and equipment to directional drilling service and engineering companies
• Have strong key account management and technical sales skills, with the ability to deliver presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Have strong interpersonal, written, and listening skills
• Be detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Hold a valid driver's license
