Job Description
The Turbomachinery- Controls Engineers will be responsible for delivering excellent service to customers, further developing their career with a global energy technology company, and working in Baker Hughes iCenters. The Engineer will partner with the best, follow monitored equipment, and provide technical reports and suggest improvements to optimize service. The responsibilities include acting as lead engineer, daily monitoring of M&D fleet, analyzing data, troubleshooting technical issues, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, and managing operating rhythm.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience on rotating machinery
- Knowledge of Gas Turbines, Centrifugal and Reciprocating compressors, Steam Turbines, Electric Motors and Generators etc.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays, as needed on a rotational basis
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to influence and have good communication and presentation skills
