Job Description
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. As the first point of contact, the Office Administrator will be the face of Baker Tilly REO LLP, providing first impressions, embodying the firm's values, and confidently assisting external and internal clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer facing client service role
- Post secondary education in office/business administration or similar program is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Experience and sound judgement regarding confidential information and sensitive matters
- Professional manner, strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively as part of a team
