QA Supervisor

As a QA Supervisor, you will lead and motivate the QA team to monitor product quality, processing systems, and factory practices, ensuring agreed standards are consistently met and improved. You will help embed a strong quality and food safety culture across the site, championing best practice and supporting compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Sound understanding of food manufacturing processes, raw materials, and site equipment
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems within a manufacturing environment
• Confidence leading, motivating, and developing QA teams
• Ability to manage audits, non-conformances, and continuous improvement activity
• Clear and effective communication skills across all levels of the business
