Job Description
We're proud to be Bakkavor. We're looking for a Site Hygiene Manager to join our team at our Tilmanstone Salads site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Hygiene team, ensuring all Hygiene standards are maintained and developed to the required high standard.
Requirements
- Experience of managing and motivating teams
- Logical and clear thinking approach, particularly under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience of working in hygiene in a manufacturing environment
