Director-Reporting and Analytics

BAL is hiring a Director of Reporting and Analytics to lead the transformation of our reporting and data engineering capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience leading data engineering, reporting, or analytics teams and a track record of transformation.

Requirements

• 5–7 years leading data engineering, reporting, or analytics teams with a track record of transformation
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms (Databricks, SQL) and BI tools (Power BI)
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting expertise and experience designing enterprise reporting architecture
• Proven success shifting reporting organizations from reactive to proactive
• Expertise in self-service models and automation at scale
• Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic roadmaps and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives
