Job Description
The Mgr, Data Science will lead the LIDAS team in providing best-in-class analytics solutions to improve business decisions across Global Operations and other business sub-functions. The ideal candidate should be a seasoned senior leader with deep functional expertise in manufacturing, supply chain operations, and analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Manager of Managers for Data Science and Analytics organization
- Master's or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience leading full-scale Data Analytics Organization
- Strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
