Job Description
Weil Foot & Ankle Institute (WFAI) is seeking a Part-Time Patient Service Representative (PSR) to greet and assist patients, schedule appointments, and manage the checkout process. The role involves interacting with patients, collecting information, and assisting with office duties. WFAI is committed to providing excellent foot and ankle care and a patient-focused environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2 years in a healthcare Field preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
- Patient-focused and adaptable
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs
- ADA compliance
