Group Therapist

Balance Treatment Programs is seeking a full-time Therapist to work a 30-hour week in their Intensive Outpatient Programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with group work, adolescents and/or children and evidence-based approaches. The Therapist will work with adults, adolescents, children and families, primarily in groups, with some individual and family work.

Requirements

• LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PHD, AMFT, ACSW, APCC or related clinical qualifications
• Prior training in DBT, ACT, EMDR, Mindfulness or other evidenced-based practices is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively
• Must be customer-service driven
