Job Description
2B Residential is seeking a Community Manager to join their team in St Louis, MO. The Community Manager is responsible for all operational and financial aspects of assigned properties, maximizing net operating income and facilitating optimum performance. Responsibilities include managing personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Three years of property management experience
