Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and track maintenance
• Issue and distribute work orders to achieve efficiency levels
• Observe cost, time, and productivity
• Develop, schedule, and analyze patterns in SAP
• Participate in the planning and programming of preventive maintenance activities
• Collect data and control resources (labor, materials, and time spent on activities)
• Monitor maintenance costs through specific software controls
• Administer the flow of maintenance activities, lubrication, and checklists
• Participate in meetings with the maintenance group
• Control key process indicators (KPIs)
• Perform periodic analyses of the main causes of equipment breakdown
