Requirements

• Champion a “safety-first” culture
• Lead equipment start-up and ramp-up
• Serve as the on-site operational Subject Matter Expert
• Deliver structured training to plant teams
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Support and participate in root cause analysis
• Promote food safety, sanitation, and housekeeping discipline
• Assist with parts, tooling, and material readiness
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
• Capture, document, and communicate lessons learned
• Achieve Efficiency and Spoilage targets
• Operate as part of a unified Start-Up Team
• Train and develop site personnel
• Provide emergency breakdown support
• Support size conversions
• Identify, share, and implement best practices
• Supports implementation of BOE standards
