EHS Manager

As EHS Manager, you will lead Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Fire Safety and Property Protection (FSPP), and sustainability programs at the plant, ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace while protecting the environment and company assets. You will drive a strong safety culture and deliver Ball Operational Excellence (BOE), EHS, and sustainability objectives.

Requirements

• Relevant EHS qualification or Engineering degree with strong EHS management experience
• 5+ years of EHS experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within manufacturing or heavy industry
• Solid knowledge of EHS legislation, behavioural safety, and fire/property protection risks
• Experience with ISO-based management systems and audits
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence leaders and frontline teams
• Fluency in English and strong MS Office skills
