Job Description
We are seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our dynamic team! As an RNA, you will deliver restorative nursing care aimed at helping residents regain, enhance, or maintain their physical functions to the highest level possible.
Requirements
- RNA and CNA license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of certified Restorative Aide training course
- Complete and unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification in the state
- Thorough proficiency in the use of Adaptive Equipment
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care / memory care experience
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
