Machine Operator

Role Overview

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring specific equipment on the production line in a safe and reliable manner. Your role is focused on building fundamental technical skills, developing process discipline, and learning the basic principles of machine performance and quality controls.

What You Will Do

Operate assigned equipment according to standard procedures, follow safety protocols, identify and report deviations in equipment or processes, support basic problem-solving and cleaning tasks, perform visual and dimensional quality controls, and minimize material loss through correct operation and handling.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience in operating equipment within a technical, mechanical, or industrial environment, or equivalent
• Practical knowledge of basic mechanics, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Secondary education diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
