Job Description
Cook Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: control food usage, prepare and cook orders, maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards, and promote teamwork and quality service.
Requirements
- At least one year experience of cooking on a fast-paced kitchen line and food preparation experience.
- Culinary certified training preferred.
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand up and move about the kitchen in a safe and efficient manner.
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency.
