Job Description
The Host position at Cardinals Nation Restaurant & Bar involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate wait times, and coordinating seating arrangements. The ideal candidate has at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others
- Reading and writing abilities are frequently utilized
- Basic mathematical skills are used frequently
- Must be able to read, review and understand seating charts
