Requirements

• Monitor the operation of assigned slot machines
• Participate in the payment of manual jackpots
• Replenish ticket printer paper and exchange currency as requested by customers
• Interact with players to ensure a positive gaming experience
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies
• Patrol assigned sections to surprise and delight guests
• Identify and inform guests on the casino floor playing machines without slot cards
• Clearly communicate functionality of Slot Floor
• Resolve minor guest complaints
• Keep slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained
