Job Description
The Dual Rate-Slot Attendant is responsible for ensuring slot playing customers are kept in play by experiencing the full range of fast and friendly slot service through well maintained machines, efficient change service, and promotion of customer programs and events such as Total Rewards and slot tournaments.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- One-year casino experience required, preferably in Slot operation
- Must possess strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Previous guest contact experience required
- Must have a thorough understanding of slot floor operations
- Must have strong knowledge of the various internal written and verbal codes/abbreviations
- Must project professionalism and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures pertinent to Slot operations is required
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
