Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license
• Professional demeanor and presence
• Effective communication in English
