Job Description
As a Table Games - Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing Table Games as assigned while providing a courteous and entertaining experience for Bally's Casino guests. This position requires excellent customer service skills and a high degree of mental and physical dexterity.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must have passed a math and dexterity test
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be trained in Table Games - Blackjack at minimum
- Must have a high degree of mental and physical dexterity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to tactfully control and pace their assigned game
- Physically stand for long periods of time
- Respond to visual and aural cues
- Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
