Table Games Supervisor

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to oversee table floor operations, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent guest service. The role involves supervising dealers, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring gaming integrity.

Requirements

• Build guest and team member positive relations
• Participate in departmental meetings
• Ensure consistent high-quality service to all team members and guests
• Supervise and monitor table game operations and dealers
• Satisfactorily perform all job duties of a dealer
• Satisfactorily resolve customer complaints and / or disputes
• Evaluate dealers and place them at appropriate tables based on dealer skills
• Issue complimentary items to patrons to players
• Coordinate with other department to ensure gaming integrity
• Ability to repair minor table game machine malfunctions
• Ability to work without supervision
• Possess strong organizational, supervisory, and management skills
• Possess strong patron related skills
• Possess basic computer, math, statistical math and financial math skills
