Job Description
The Baltimore Orioles are seeking a full-time Associate Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2026 Minor League Baseball Championship season. The role focuses on implementing and supervising the Orioles’ strength and conditioning program, supporting pre-season, spring training, and post-season player development camps in Sarasota, Florida. The coach will be responsible for program implementation, supervision, and collaboration with the team.
Requirements
- Ability to live in Maryland through the season
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or related field
- Strength and conditioning specialist certification (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Computer software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
