This position is responsible for supporting the evolving needs of the Ravens Team Travel Department in all aspects of facility management and team travel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to ensuring efficient and safe travel operations, and proactive in identifying inefficiencies, improving processes, and supporting the day-to-day functions of a professional sports organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience working within an operations department for an athletic team (college, pro, etc)
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Teamworks)
- A collaborative service approach, commitment to teamwork, attention to detail and demonstrated commitment to process improvement
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive team, personnel, and operational information
