Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager to work closely with the Founder of a rapidly growing E-Commerce company, managing email inbox, priorities, and daily action items, and providing personal and administrative support.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager supporting an e-commerce founder or CEO
- Proven expertise in operations and project management, including building systems and automations from the ground up
- Exceptionally proactive, structured, and solution-oriented; you create order out of complexity
- Excellent written communication and follow-through
- Confident decision-maker with strong judgment, knowing when to act independently and when to escalate
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including dashboards, reporting, and automation
- Hands-on experience with Loom, Slack, and modern project management tools
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong capabilities in travel planning and logistics management for both business and personal needs
Benefits
- Salary: $800-$1200
- Work Hours: 30 hours/week (part-time and can transition into full-time); EU working hours
